“Der Waldgang” (i.e. retreat into the forest) contains five different conceptions of the “Waldgang” theme. All versions feature the perception of the forest in its function as place of power. The tracks on this compilation are arranged in a ritualistic/contemplative style. The recipient is encouraged to choose that version which suits his current meditative intention best. 1. Der Waldgang The Retreat Into The Forest as a spiritual journey to the mysteries of cosmos / to the Self. 2. Waldgang – Instrumental The Retreat Into The Forest as a spiritual journey in an alternative version - more abstract & individual and less preassigned than the original version of "Der Waldgang". 3. Waldgang – Initiation The Retreat Into The Forest as the three-fold path of initiation. 4. Waldgang – Meditation The Retreat Into The Forest as an imaginary journey to harmony and balance for achieving recreation. 5. Waldgang – Emigration The Retreat Into The Forest as a form of individual strife against the decadence of the current zeitgeist. In addition to the audio CD, a video DVD containing visual support for the meditations is included. |
